Resources for Prostate Cancer Support
Don’t go it alone. Consider a support group for yourself and your spouse and family members. A support group can provide a continuing opportunity to share experiences and feelings with others. Some meetings provide an educational program followed by an open discussion session, while others have a more open discussion format. Spouses, partners and (adult) family members are encouraged to attend most groups. Some have a separate meeting for spouses/partners/family members during part or all of the session. For additional information, contact the following organizations.
For individual support>> If you prefer one-on-one support over support in a group setting, contact our Patient Navigator who can connect you with current and former patients from Saint Joseph's Hospital who are happy to connect with you by phone or via email. Call Renee to arrange: (678) 843-5665 or rsevy@sjha.org.
