Dr. Peter W. Possert, MD
After graduating from the University of Virginia, Dr. Possert completed his medical training at the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine. In 1995, Dr. Possert finished his residency in Radiation Oncology at the Barrett Cancer Center at the University of Cincinnati Hospital. Dr. Possert has been board-certified by the American Board of Radiology in Radiation Oncology since 1996.
Prior to joining Radiation Oncology Services (ROS) in 2001, Dr. Possert served as a clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Michigan.
He currently practices at Saint Joseph's Hospital with Radiation Oncology Services where he is active in all aspects of clinical care including prostate seed implant procedures, high dose rate brachytherapy treatment of prostate cancers, and external beam therapy using intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT).
